禮賓員服務很到位，主動給小朋友送禮物，還有非常美味的曲奇餅乾。房間佈局合理，睡覺舒服，整頭也不錯。下次去保定繼續選擇這一家。

五一期間去的，房間很大，很寬敞，酒店小姐姐服務也好。設施很新。位置雖然有點遠，但是去那裡都很方便，主要是第一次來，對保定印象非常好。
唯一不足就是停車位有點少。

第五次來入住了，算得上是保定比較好酒店了，位置也不錯，對面就是保定學院，酒店早餐不錯，不過我們選擇去外面吃，下次來出遊還會預訂。

本以為會是一次很不錯的入住，但是最後家裡人都覺得，太出乎預期了。大堂經理們確實都很優秀，處理問題的反應能力也很快，其他的就沒有可以肯定的地方了，嚴重不符這個檔次的酒店級別，失望

房間設施完善齊全，裝修風格獨特，設施設備還挺新，一進入園區就能看見酒店門口，門口有禮賓接待，幫忙拿行李，進入大堂就能看到有一位漂亮的小姐姐，熱情洋溢的打招呼，小姐姐好像是叫Luna Fu，微笑甜美，熱情的指引我們辦理入住，介紹酒店設施設備，還贈送了孩子精美的小禮物，和免費的曲奇🍪，房間乾淨整潔，非常不錯的體驗，酒店門口交通便利，商場超市都很方便，有免費的停車場，入住退房過程非常順利，前台的每一個員工都非常熱情的打招呼，讓人感覺非常舒服，可以説賓至如歸的感覺，小姐姐Luna退房後還熱情回訪，詢問住店感受，可以説非常好，完美的入住體驗，以後以後一定還會在去。
